Estimate limitations

Estimates are preliminary planning information based on user inputs and current assumptions. They are not bids, offers, appraisals, guarantees or binding quotes. A contractor must verify measurements, site conditions, product selection and written pricing.

Contractor matching

QuickFloorQuote.com may introduce users to independent contractors and may receive compensation for leads. We do not control contractor pricing, scheduling, workmanship, employees, insurance or warranties. Users must independently evaluate contractors and compare written proposals.

User submissions and photographs

You represent that information is accurate and that you have permission to upload any photographs. Do not upload unlawful material, sensitive documents or content that infringes another person’s rights. You grant the operator a limited license to process submissions to provide and secure the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe security, submit fraudulent projects, scrape data, impersonate others, interfere with operation, upload malware or use content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The service design, software, copy and trademarks are owned by the operator or licensors, excluding user content. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

Availability and disclaimers

The service may change, become unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.

Liability and indemnification
